The passion and transparency is definitely the most positive thing company-wide.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving complex problems that I know will have some impact. Interacting with teammates that I enjoy working with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leadership team genuinely listens to feedback and acts on it. But, they're also proactive and attempt to address issues before they're evident.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so passionate about what they're doing and are just good people that I enjoy spending time with. They're all incredible at their job and push me to be my best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is just too low compared to similar companies with similar expectations. Especially once considering the benefits offered, 401k matches, & things like that. Even highlight benefits like parental leave and unlimited PTO are either expected or a double-edged sword.
