What is the best part about your compensation package?
Large salary for my position, 3 months allowance to work remotely abroad and great treats & tech!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they actually care! They are real people with no false pretences and help make working at HubSpot so enjoyable :)
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing big projects and hitting the big green button! I also love just figuring out ways to solve things with others and seeing that it actually works.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small, closely-knit team, and we work really well together. There is never a moment where one of us feels left out and we always try to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have never worked in a company where I have felt so respected as HubSpot, and comfortable to express my opinion. There is no cold interactions with others, everything feels natural and enjoyable.
