What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how transparent they are, and how they truly walk the walk and seem authentic when tackling profound issues inside the company and out in the wider society.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employee stock purchase plan, it allows us to turn a portion of our salary into more equity in a way in which we come out ahead now matter what is going on in the market.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom, space and autonomy to work in a way that best suits my needs during a given day/week. We prize productivity and collaboration, so I can focus on actual deliverables, and not the pageantry of looking productive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get to work on complex problems and everyone is very knowledgeable and eager to mentor and assist. I feel like my contributions are valued and my opinion is considered. It's a great space to learn, grow, and hone my craft.
