I've been at HS 7+ years now. This has been a place where I have seen success, met wonderful people, made friends, and learned a lot along the way. HS is so important to me and I am grateful I get to work for a fantastic company like this

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased salary Investment in me with RSU's ACR is frustrating - a high performer can only receive a 5% raise YOY....those are rarely given out
What makes you most happy at work?
I love connecting with my team but sometimes I feel burnt out being in back to back zoom meetings all day. I love No meeting Fridays.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
TBH - as a people leader in Support, I am buried in meetings. I manage a team of 14+ reps and I feel like I am in zooms all day long. I want to learn from my peers more but I dont make an effort to do that as much as I would like to because that means I need to schedule another meeting
