A lot of opportunity to connect virtually and live with people in the same age group as me.

The leadership team is completely bought into HubSpot's culture and makes employees feel comfortable to live by this culture every day.

The transparency along with empathy. Feeling like you can be honest about what's going on in your life outside of work.

My manager and close co workers show up to work fairly happy each day which makes the job that much more enjoyable.

They truly allow us to bring our real selves to work. They are vulnerable as human beings even in a leadership role. They make me proud to work for HubSpot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market adjustments have been recently made but there's only opportunity 1x/yr to negotiate if this adjusted salary is accurate based on performance, tenure, etc. I would have loved to be able to prove that my skill level is worth more than just getting me to the lower end of the salary band.
