It's been bad. Remote onboarding for leaders MUST be improved. Clarity on success and expectations must also be improved. Supporting leaders remotely must also be improved. I've never felt so untrusted, mischaracterized and targeted in a role before.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Driving consistent clarity, simply and easily. Our UGJ policy has not scaled well with our growth. It leaves a lot in the grey and thus open to interpretation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Coaching, therapy and home gym reimbursements are fantastic. Some managers make accessing the learning/dev budget more challenging than it needs to be, deterring use. I am also grateful for the stock you offer.
