Closing deals, working from home, and having autonomy/flexibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of them are very bright and personal to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I highly respect Katie Burke's receptiveness to Glassdoor reviews and her willingness to listen to employee reviews to cater adjustments if needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've referred 5 very talented candidates, and not one of them was considered for a role at HubSpot. This disincentives me to provide any talented referrals. Also, the AEs and BDRs at HubSpot aren't being compensated fairly on the market given inflation. Retention raises are better than new hires.
