Overall, it has been great. Despite the pay and sometimes the feeling of not being as important as other departments. It has brought me friends for a lifetime and I am able to connect and network!

Being in Support is like being at the bottom of the totem pole. Everyone always raved about how Support is the base and preaches about it but the way it feels to be in this position and how others treat you is not what it is seems.
