My experience has been mostly positive. I feel like I'm given the resources I need to do my work, and that the people I work with are great colleagues. Every company has room for growth and in POPs we need to grow in our team culture, particularly around power/privilege dynamics.

The market has changed substantially just in the few months since I got here and there are now individual contributors making very close to what I make as a manager of a 10+ person team.
