When I am allowed to provide my opinion or insight to data and people take me seriously. I am only 2.5 months in and I feel valuable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to feedback, lead with empathy and don't act like they know everything. I love that we are LEARNING together and we have SFTC in top of mind.
