Open/transparent, easy to talk to and work with, genuinely nice people

Generally a lot more focused on the employees being in a good place personally before pushing hard on work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think compensation overall is still below the rest of the market. If I compare with others within the company I am satisfied.
