culture is lost, but people are nice

Culture, support, friendly people, transparency
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
collaboration, leadership support, emphatic environment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Every day feels it can be he last day with restructure/lays off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some Recruiters are very under pressure compare to others (for the nature of the business i.e. sales recruitment). This is fair enough as we are aware of our role , but there is zero appreciation / rewards / bonus and same compensations as the others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency is one of our core value but we haven't seen much of it recently. After the lays off,restructure to get rid of people in a nicer way. I understand it's a business and the goal it's to make money, but at least be honest about it instead of keep pretending you are invested in our culture.
