Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Product engineering payscale uses the 75 percentile to define the salary bands and as a Web Developer on the Marketing Team, I think we should be paid the same. I think we do engineering work the same as any other Software Engineer and my role title is just an excuse to be treated differently.
