HubSpot actively promotes a culture I enjoy and I genuinely like a lot of the people who work with us. I do find that there are lots of overqualified people in lower positions and I think there needs to be streamlined upwards pathways for people outside of MRR attainment.

Achieving my KPI's (which is getting increasingly harder) but it's rewarding

They all seem like good people who I feel good working for, from my manager; her director and the region leader

Our team has a great culture and we're happy to help each other, we also have a team lead who I feel at any other company would already be in management. James is humble, always happy to help and quietly sets a culture I like being part of.
