Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The unspoken expectation in my role is that my peers are overworking themselves, outside of hours for the chance to move into a new role. For the money we make now, it's a bit difficult to justify when the idea of just hopping to a different company might be better worth it.
