Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
While my office and immediate team in my region is great, it is very very clear that our part of the world is not a priority to the teams in the Americas or Europe. This means we have less budget to do things or that head office doesn't take the time look into how things work in our region.

I honestly don't know anyone in the leadership team so I don't know.

My manager cares about me and the team and it's not fake, corporate care.

My immediate manager is invested in my growth and wants to see me succeed

When everything goes right and I am not thrown curve balls by teams or the environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is at the lower end of the spectrum for my position in my industry. There are higher paid roles which have reached out to me so I hope HubSpot can increase compensation over the next few months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that for the position I am in, the experience I have and my responsibilities, I am not paid fairly. This is countered by the promise of promotion but if that promotion doesn't come, I will reconsider my position at HubSpot.
