What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about all that happens at the senior level. This is important for me as a new joinee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The rules for someone being a L1, L2, needs to be clear & should apply for everyone - new & old emp. Eg, I joined as a L1 & I did not know why I was given that and did not know any better to ask differently either. After joining, I see that ppl with same exp as me are L2/L3 with same success as me.
