I do like working in HubSpot - the people, my Manager & culture are fantastic - however HubSpot needs to really look at what competitors are offering - of course people leave companies for a better salary and career growth etc but we are not competitive to other companies

They are very welcoming, some are there to help you and give answers when you need them

They do listen to employees feedback - they need to do this more especially around salary & benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HubSpot's salaries are not competitive to other marketing & tech companies. We need to start looking at better benefits - a better wellness allowance, company's & performance bonus for all employees not just Managers or Sales like in other companies
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a culture that makes you feel welcome - I now they are listening to feedback from emplpoyees - they need to do this more and really look into the competitors and notice what ther salaries & benefits are like
