A perfect mix of a good challenge and a supporting community
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team care about Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging as well as employee happiness as much as they care about customer happiness. They always share openly and share how human and vulnerable they are which relieves our own imposter syndromes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly, get stock plus a chance to buy more, but the best part is the little surprises that Hubspot sends me and the smaller perks like free books and a ticket to spend some family time together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team also cares about you as a human genuinely and is always aware about being inclusive. Even if there is lots to take care of, everyone does it with a smile and looks out for each other so that no one burns out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is such a strong community and interest groups for everything from a dad jokes channel to a group of gaming nerds to language learning groups to fun mixers. I felt so alone working from home before with no social life around me but when involved with the Hubspot community, I feel so happy.
