Tough question. I'm most happy about two things: the relative stability of the company during tough times, and the shared sense of ownership of our culture.
Modernize it to current market conditions and company size. UGJ is a sham. Inject accountability and attention to outcomes into our culture. Stop avoiding uncomfortable/constructive feedback.
My experience with compensation decisions have been ad-hoc and lack the consistency for me to feel they are equitable. Benefits don't address my needs. The management work is really hard compared to the compensation I receive. I'd get the same for a lot less elsewhere.
