From the beginning in my interview process I had a great experience with Nicola, answering all of my question, making sure I understand exactly the company and how I would fit in it. During my Onboarding we had the pleasure to meet great HubSpotters and learn more about their experience.

that they are here to support you with all the necessary resourced we need in order to perform and achieve our goals, all the little things that they do :)

everyday is a new day, a new challenge, I love that its different, I see the improvement every day in my process and thats makes me happy and proud and want more
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a very helpful and supportive, they made me feel very welcome, even I havent seen them in person yet, I feel comfortable around them, sharing my ideas and asking for feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its a tough question, I love all of them, but mostly I appreciate what Hubspot is doing for the remote employee, all the attention they give us to make us feel comfortable and not forgotten. I love it :)
