They get stuff done but have fun. Lots of psychological safety, too, which is important for a strong team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current role is very demanding and I am not paid fairly. I have been in the role for 3 years and was only at the bottom of my salary band with glowing performance reviews.
