Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Vastly underpaid compared to the market and other companies that have far less revenue, placed into an entry level role after having 3 years of experience, no raise to meet inflation and rising cost of living in Boston, no chance to hit targets and earn more
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I've answered this question in 10 surveys at this point and have not seen any meaningful change. HubSpot is so obsessed with listening but continues to foster an environment of fast-paced inaction, where the best people get the good name on their resume and quickly realize they were sold a dream
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay employees more and spend far less time trying to market the jobs to the employees. We spend hours in meetings, going over the same issues. If we were comped better, people would be more motivated and would actually care about what is happening here. There is no reason to put energy in.
