Overall, HubSpot is a wonderful place to work. The fact that you're having this survey says a lot about the company as well. There are some growing pains in the sales organization right now that have been challenging and hard to stay positive about, but I'm hopeful leadership will make adjustments.

Seeing myself and my team close deals and inch towards quota.

Kindness and sense of humor. Everyone has a great personality and has such different/interesting backgrounds.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very inclusive and always looking to learn. These kinds of surveys are great as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting promoted in the sales organization doesn't seem to hold much value or mean much to leadership. You get trained less, paid less, and supported less since its assumed you already know HubSpot. Having a more equal pay to new outside hires would make me feel valued more.
