Experience is good overall, I am lucky to have a great manager. Still some work to do on pace for some overwhelmed teams (especially in international), and on compensation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are good, but salary does not match competitive offers and stock price has decreased a lot, making overall compensation less competitive. Also, more transparency on how salary ranges are decided in different regions would be appreciated - some regions seem to be disadvantaged
