There are true "Safe Spaces" to discuss items/situations that you do not agree with. The opportunity to learn and knowledge share is encouraged.
I understand higher salaries and bonuses for revenue generating roles and recruitment roles, however I believe internal teams that "keep the house afloat" should also benefit from bonuses, president club type perks and salary incentives that are similar.
