Colleagues treat each other with respect, and are always willing to help
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We compensate all directors the same, even though ratios and MRR targets are not the same. For example, I manage way more people and a much larger quota than my counterparts in corp, but they get paid more than I do. Would love to move pay to benefit those that manage more people/carry big quota
