I've been at HubSpot for 4+ years and enjoyed my time. I've gathered institutional knowledge and skills that help me excel. I'm reaching 5 years & I'm feeling that my skills/knowledge aren't being valued. HubSpot needs to work harder to retain talent. This is something I've heard from others.

My skills and long-term knowledge are not being fairly compensated compared to other companies
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work I do, but it is high-stress sand high-impact. Sometimes the pay and compensation makes me not enjoy the work because I feel undervalued.
