I've worked for over 25 years and can confidently say this is the best company I've ever worked for. They are supportive and I believe truly care about us as employees. With the PDM role change that could be at risk, but HEART tells us to be adaptive and that is what I plan to do.

Transparency and are forthcoming with information about what is happening with HubSpot and our position in the market,
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open to questions and to offer help where needed. We've created a cohesive team with a rock star manager that I would be very disappointed to lose.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting with Partners and learning more about how they successfully run their business. I learn from them and apply those lessons to my other partners who struggle to hopefully increase their standing and growth in the HubSpot ecosystem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the change announced in the Partner Development Manager role recently there is still too much uncertainty around what our compensation would be. As a Core CC I feel that what we do is undervalued from a compensation standpoint compared to the rest of the tech market.
