What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I own my own schedule and work and my manager supports it. I work when I want and on prioritise my own work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less talk, more action Treat us as adults We don't need to be "excited" by everything and keep everything positive. We want honest an open dialogue
What are some of the best things about your team?
Brilliant people who are nice to work and interact with. Provide a safe and understanding environment. It feels like "we are all in it together" instead of "all against each other"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation still remains below or at average for many roles, while continuously expecting and demanding "top" performance. In addition, local benefits are not matched at all. Benefits in EMEA countries are far behind what other companies offer
