When I'm able to detach from caring about the high performance culture and find a way to do my job without being as paralyzed by the anxiety that can swirl around.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership seems to be trying to keep growth going via lower costs (layoffs/attrition), mandates for higher quality and push for speed. By redefining culture to push for green squares, producing things constantly, and creating a punitive culture for ill-defined lack of quality, it's a losing game.
