Seems to be favouritism on my team. No standard procedure for performance plans to go through HR, managers are free to require the IC to do whichever they please. Lack of accountability here. Unlimited PTO but not allowed take more than marginally above 25 days. Inconsistent messaging and processes

When feeling supported, when having productive conversations and when I'm meeting my metrics and KPI's of course
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We need to have competitive packages as a tech company so overall ours is good. General health/exercises expensing is nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The genuine care people have for others and for doing a good job. It's a very high bar set for achievement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like it best when the leadership team is transparent about goals, progress and challenges. When they do this, it is easy to partner with them on different business decisions.
