We are transparent about everything and the company goes out of it's way to provide everyone an opportunity to voice their opinion on any topic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team talks about creating customer value and enterprise value as the more important than the needs of any team or person. In their actions they walk the walk on that point.

I love my team. They are a smart, diverse, global group. It's awesome to be able to work with people all over the world using modern world-class collaboration technology with management that is not afraid to try new things and not stick only to traditional processes.
