What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership's smart, empathetic, and good humored. I love that they are trying to balance out leadership with more representation, but there is still a lot of work to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They've got your back, people have drive, and nobody's here to stay the same - everyone's here to learn their own skillsets and aren't shy to share or mentor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have kids. Unlimited vacations means take your time off as you need to. This means everyone's an adult on things - and we acknowledge that. Managers will reach out to request you take time off.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESPP - I have co-workers that have saved up down payments, paid off weddings, and student loans with their company stock reserved stock units along with additional performance grants. HubSpot also pays for your healthcare deductable, so it is great for parents with young kids.
