The purely salary compensation isn't through the roof - but HubSpot certainly makes up with in terms of Stock Grants and the benefits we have - they are incredible!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love it - we work hard and fast, but it is incredible to part of such an amazing team. Its very stimulating in the absolute best way possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great leadership - love the continued transparency they provide. Their transparency really motivates me because I feel like I have a greater impact in the company and understanding how my work can make a difference.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the problems we are solving. I work with incredible people and we are currently working on some big tough problems, but they are so motivating and its such an exciting thing to be able to really contribute to some of these issues.
