Creative and thoughtful. So focused on culture it's nearly unbelievable! Have worked in several other companies and have never seen this type of dedication to culture before! LOVE that.

That people really care, and do everything they can to build on it! It is consistently part of the narrative here - and a consideration as part of everything we do!

The people, and the opportunity to have massive impact in this fast-faced, creative space. We are so far from perfect, but people push hard to build and be better every day
What are some of the best things about your team?
Creative and highly collaborative, yet still wide open to learning and doing things differently. Change for good as we scale is a big topic here and our teams really grab that with both hands.
