What is the best part about your compensation package?
Next to good pay and excellent health/dental benefits, I love the gym reimbursement and 4000 euro of education fee that we can spend each year
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although we're a big international company, they make it feel small and personal. Every HubSpotter is exposed to exec diners, lunches, masterclasses, and my other great sessions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Everyone has HEART. I honestly can't think of anyone I dislike. Also, although we all want to achieve great things, it's ok to be vulnerable. Very open environment where success is celebrated and failure supported.
