There's a good balance between salary and stock so I'm invested in the company, but not unreasonably so.

Smart, well-meaning people are fun to hang out with. Almost everyone believes in our mission, which helps alignment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very welcoming, working on self improvement. As with most tech companies our diversity is abysmal, but I think everyone believes we're sincerely working to improve it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency is unparalleled and they aren't afraid of making changes when they need to be made. You don't get to HubSpot's scale if you're afraid to confront big issues that inevitably come up.
