The people! The people I work with drive me to do better by working smarter not harder to have the most impact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is great at seeing around corners to predict and avoid potential pitfalls. I also truly feel like my manager has my best interest for growth and improvement at heart as a person not just as a number
What makes you most happy at work?
The number of unique challenges that I get to tackle every day. I have the autonomy to make a decision and execute it but I know that I have the support if things don't go according to plan.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a very diverse group with helps to provide a number of perspectives for collaboration so I love the ideas that come from our meetings. Each and every person on my team knows how to GSD so actioning on ideas gets done in an effective manner.
