You can have open/transparent conversations about it - there's a lot of internal education around ACR.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a steep learning curve, but I'm really impressed with the my team's capacity to work remotely/internationally across several locations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication: - Regular AMAs - Consistent report/opinion piece publishing on our wiki - Approachable on the floor - Regular dinners with individual contributors (organised culture program)
