Empathy is one of the core values. That's extremely rare for tech companies, and very valuable for a healthy culture and environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My first planning meeting here was also the shortest and most efficient I've ever been in. Each engineer is very strong both technically and interpersonally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try very hard to organize engineering teams autonomously and keep process overhead to a minimum. Heavy investment in good tools, many of which are custom-built and better than off-the-shelf solutions, which is a rare combination.
