What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are constantly trying to improve themselves. They hold themselves to a very high standard, which affects all of us and encourages us to do the same. I've never seen such a level of humility and self-awareness from an executive or leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entire culture is based on trust and autonomy; the idea that if you treat your employees like responsible adults, they'll live up to that. It takes a little getting used to, if you're used to lots of red tape and permission-based management. It's incredibly empowering & uplifting. And it works.
