Everyone wants to see you succeed. It is very much a team atmosphere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The list is too long but the best thing are the team outings that we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are beyond intelligent and it is very obvious they care about the people who work here, but also believe in the product, services, and people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare options are incredible. The best part about it is that they offer a "+1" option for spouses. So rather than have to pay for an entire family plan you can get coverage for just you and your spouse if you have no kids.
