We're tackling big challenges and trying to do hard things really well. That can be stressful but it's also extremely rewarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Passionate, smart people who are always striving to make our product better and to serve our customers. And also a lot of fun to hang out with. :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock price is doing well which always helps, base comp is on-target for the local market, parent-focused benefits are better than other places I've worked, unlimited PTO, other benefits are comparable to local market.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to feedback, transparent about their strategy and how they think about the company's performance (good and bad) and future direction. They truly care about making this a great place to work and about building a company that has real impact in our market space and on our customers' businesses.
