The people, the pace, the coffee. You really feel like you're making progress every day and your team sort of becomes like your family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The HubSpot Teams are incredible. Super smart people to work with, everyone is diligent and wants to do the best. Everyone is focused on solving for the customer... Teams are autonomous but aligned and we're working towards being better at cross-team dependencies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very aware of what is happening on the ground. They're super interested and invested in finding out how to make it better for us to do work. They have big ideas and visions and their transparency is always reassuring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company environment and culture are awesome. People are really nice, everyone is willing to help and super humble. Tons of fun things to do and the free snacks/coffee/beer/food is always a HUGE plus. Workplace is comfortable so it's easy to want to be at work.
