What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are happy, goal oriented, and believe that tomorrow will be better than today. The fact that we have FT people dedicated to culture is pretty amazing

In our most recent employee feedback surveys, the topic of below-market comp started to appear. Leadership quickly reacted by surveying the market, validating, and then quickly rolling out pay adjustments. Fast and Fair - it was pretty epic
