What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we have a culture code and that it's a continuously evolving document defining what we want our culture to be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like our base comp is on par with other similar tech companies however our additional benefits rank quite a bit higher

They are a highly talented and diverse group of people who care deeply about what they do. I sometimes wonder how I ended up getting hired here.

The level of transparency provided by the leadership team is unlike anywhere else I've ever worked. They crave feedback and I feel that they do a good job of addressing concerns, highlighting trends and 'chilis', where things can be improved.
