What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made up of key players within our company who's goal is to make sure every employee at HubSpot is happy. We are all welcoming, encouraging, and supportive of the work each team member does
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager's positivity and encouragement make me happy to come into work everyday. She's the best manager I've ever had. She's supportive and encouraging, and has such a positive outlook on life. She's also incredibly smart and has taught me so much in my time here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In a sense, everyone is a leader. We are a very autonomous company and don't micro-manage anyone, allowing us to be creative. Our leaders are great at knowing when to be hands-off and let you roll with a project, and when to just ask how you're doing and if you need any help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a team completely dedicated to company culture. I think that alone says the most about how much we care about creating a culture that everyone thrives in and loves to be at. We are strong advocates of having a work-life balance. We also care about hiring diverse, and unique people.
