It's always evolving to make working more "human". Even if that means reinventing things that have worked for years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is the only company I've ever been in whose executive team strives for so much transparency. It allows trust and autonomy to trickle throughout the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation bands are actively researched and there is a lot of room within a band to progress without necessarily having to be promoted. I also feel the balance of salary to equity is fair.
