What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are talented and savvy but are feedback for growth are welcome (if not expected) at all levels within the organization. Because of this, transparency and a feeling of agency for change is the environment at HubSpot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teams are set up like mini-startups within the larger organization. The level of autonomy and quickness of execution is incredible. Even at a software engineer level, you can make a big impact within your team and within the company.
